• Minimum overall GPA 2.0

• Financial need

• Class level: freshman or sophomore

• Graduate of a local Chico high school: Chico Senior, Pleasant Valley, Fairview, or Inspire School of Arts and Science.

Established by Chico Senior Citizens Association. The organization has since disbanded.
