Rotates amoung the Engineering Departments as determined by the College of ECC.
David Ramme of Chico remembers the many jobs and financial struggles he endured while studying many years ago at Albion State Normal School in southeastern Idaho to become a teacher. With those memories still vivid, Ramme declares, “I have in mind helping other kids.” And that is why he and his wife, Frances, Chico residents since 1934, have provided in their family trust a provision for scholarship awards at Chico State. Under provisions of the Ramme trust scholarships will be provided at Chico State to assist undergraduate and graduate students majoring in education, nursing, the sciences and engineering. Split four ways between engineering, education, nursing, and natural sciences.
