Healthy Futures Nutrition Scholarship

  • Major in the Department of Nutrition and Food Science.
  • minimum overall gpa 2.5.
  • Strong preference for first generation college student or traditionally underrepresented .
    Will be awarded every other year.

Michelle and Christopher Morris established this scholarship to provide financial support for first-generation college student and traditionally underrepresented students majoring in Nutrition and Food Sciences. Michelle was a first generation college student who had many teachers, advisors, and mentors who were generous with their time, money and expertise, all of which contributed to her success. Now that she is in the position to do so, her wish is to provide this assistance to others.
