The Jack Montoya Memorial Scholarship Fund was established to support Native people who are California residents and show genuine support of and actively promote cultural revitalization. Federally and non-federally recognized Indigenous people are eligible to apply. The scholarship is open to students who will be attending four-year universities or graduate school.
