• Minimum overall gpa 3.5.

The recipients must demonstrate commitment to abstract, theoretical, comprehensive, and widely applicable ideas which are relevant to the field of communication. Must show achievement and/or promise in applying information and communication technology to problems. May be evaluated either by actual projects completed or by ideas expressed. The donor had in mind students who seek to combine the theoretical ideas in the field of communication with the practical and ethical problems and implications of modern information technology.
