• Undergraduate: sophomore, junior and senior
• Continuing and transfers
• High Financial Need
• Renewable with Wildcat Scholarship Application

Preference is for a student majoring in Civil Engineering who has high financial need. If no Civil Engineering recipient—a student with high need from another Engineering may be selected.
