• Active member of the Speech and Debate (Forensics) Team at CSU, Chico

• Preference for students who are typically underrepresented groups in Speech and Debate, and who exemplify passion and commitment for Speech and Debate.

This scholarship was established in memory of Jennifer E. Moyle, a 2007 Chico State graduate and dedicated competitor with the Speech and Debate Team during the late 1990’s.
