James O. Haehn Scholarship

RECRUITMENT – The awards are intended to be available to either students coming directly from high school or to students who are transfers from another institution—normally a community college.

  1. Any major in the College of Behavorial and Social Science (Anthropology, Child Development, Economics, Multicultural and Gender Studies, Geography, Health & Community Services, Political Science, Public Administration, International Relations, Psychology, Social Science, Sociology, Social Work)
  2. Overall minimum gpa 3.0.
  3. First-time freshmen or transfer students
  4. Scholarship
    While financial need may be a consideration, the emphasis of the award is on scholarship, and nominees are evaluated in terms of their records of academic performance as seen in their transcripts as well as their prospective performance, as assessed by teachers and/or counselors familiar with them.

The College of Behavioral and Social Science collects applications during the university admission application period.
