The Bay Area CSO Council, Inc. (Council) is a non-profit corporation supporting a community of CISOs of primarily San Francisco Bay Area companies enabling members to leverage the experience and expertise of one another for the more effective protection of their organization’s critical information assets. This scholarship was created at Chico State to encourage students to pursue a successful career in Cyber Security. The recipient will also receive year-round mentorship from the Bay Area CSO Council board member.
