E. John Hagen Music Scholarship

• Major in the Department of Music and Theatre
• Department of Music and Theatre requires an audition/interview
• Minimum overall gpa 2.5
• First-time freshman at CSUC for fall
  a. Must be currently enrolled in a music program in high school; must have been in a music program for at least two years.
  b. Should be given to graduating seniors from Chico High School, Pleasant Valley High School or Hamilton City High School.
  c. Must meet all admissions requirements for CSUC and declare Music or Musical Theatre as their major.

NOTE: in the event that no qualified high school senior applies, the award may be given to current university students majoring in Music or Musical Theatre.
This memorial scholarship provides scholarship support to music or musical theatre students who graduated from Pleasant Valley High School, Chico High School or Hamilton City High School.
