Most deserving student who demonstrates clinical and academic excellence or potential as determined by the CMSD faculty.
The scholarship is intended to facilitate the first year of graduate study for an individual who has demonstrated interest, knowledge, ability, and potential in the field of Speech-Language Pathology.
This scholarship was established to honor the memory of Robert E. Hall. Professor Hall was a faculty member at CSU, Chico from 1972 until his death in August 1996. He was very active in local, state, and national professional associations. He was honored with the California Speech-Language and Hearing Association’s “Outstanding Service Award” in 1991 and became a Fellow of the Association in 1993.
