Nancy and Jack Fox Future Teacher Scholarship

• Undergraduate student in the Integrated Teacher Education CORE program who demonstrates:

• Commitment to teach and potential to be an outstanding teacher;

• Financial need

• The promise of ability to be an outstanding teacher will carry more weight.

• GPA not necessarily a determining factor.

Nancy is a 1964 alumna who majored in Education. She taught elementary school for seven years and stayed involved in education while she raised her own children. After Nancy’s children finished school, she became a fundraiser for children’s causes. Because of her long-time involvement at her alma mater, Nancy wanted to help students become teachers through scholarships. Nancy and Jack Fox established this scholarship to award deserving students in the Integrated Teacher Core Program.
