Preference will be given to first time freshmen and transferring juniors.

The college may wish to alternate the award between freshmen in odd years and juniors in even years so that scholarship can be used for recruitment and retention.

Mohnish and Versha Seth established the Dwarka Wadhwa Memorial-Farmers Intl. Scholarship in memory of Versha’s father, who started marketing nuts and dried fruit as a teenager in India and Afghanistan in the 1950’s. In 1990, he came to CA to secure a stable source of almonds to supply to customers all over the world.
