• Major: any major
• New transfer from Butte College
• Class Level: Jr or Sr
• Financial need
• Preference for maximum gpa of 3.0 but eligible applicants above 3.0 gpa can be considered is necessary to award

The Foor Foundation was created for the purpose of educating people of California. Earl Foor supported education though scholarships and over the years donated thousands of dollars to help students. He attended Cal Poly and became interested in the ranching business. Over the years he and his wife, Marie, owned ranches in California, Nevada and Oregon.
