CSU Chico Young Farmers Scholarship

• Major in the College of Agriculture.
• Selection based on : scholarship; leadership; FFA membership.
• If sufficient funding award 1 continuing student, 1 new freshman or transfer.

This scholarship was established by the “CSU, Chico Young Farmers Club” that used to raise funds by putting on rodeos during Pioneer Week. The club no longer exists, but the former members decided to establish an endowed scholarship with the funds raised by the club to support students who have a strong FFA background and who demonstrate an interest in promoting agricultural education.
