• For Undergraduate and Graduate students
• Majoring in Journalism with an option in Public Relations or News or majoring in Recreation, Hospitality, and Parks Management.
• Maintain a min 2.0 GPA and satisfactory academic progress.

• Preferences shall be giving to students in the following order:
• Campus involvement in The Orion student newspaper.
• Campus involve in Associated Students’ Adventure Outings the University’s organization to support outdoor recreational opportunities for students, or other outdoor organizations, or expressed personal involvement in outdoor recreation.
