The intent of this award is to honor the positive impact Joell A. Williams had on all the lives she touched and her desire to help others. She worked in Chico providing rehabilitation services to people returning to active work lives after an injury or illness. Her outgoing, cheerful personality was complemented by a very genuine concern for others. BSS-PSY
