Emma Ruth Morford Mayer's Memorial Award

• Award will be granted to a student who is a prospective teacher.
• Preference given to a student working toward a teaching credential in mathematics;
• or a liberal studies student who has a mathematics education emphasis and shows a strong interest in math education.
• Recipient should have excelled in at least one upper-division mathematics education course."

Vayden Mayers passed away the last week of February 1999.
